Reading the documentation (Tutorial for beginners, Programmers Guide, Administrator Guide ....) is certainly a good starting point.

1) I have to make a presentation about JADE
2) I have to decide if we shall use ist or not.

And my worst problem:
I have no idea about JADE. Where should I start?
