Hi Erick,

At our lab we developed an agent wrapper in SWI prolog.
It communicates conform the HTTP RMA transport mechanism and can compase
,send, receive and parse ACLMessages.

The prolog agents can talk to agents that are build upon the Jade
platform.

We could send you the code if you like?

regards,

Chris

I am currently doing some research in cognitive robotics, our group @ York University has done some significant contributions to the areas of Logic-Based Agent Programming and Agent-Oriented Software Development (see also Golog/ ConGolog/IndiGolog Software @ http://www.cs.toronto.edu/cogrobo/index.html). We have some legacy agents, mostly in Prolog and we are exploring the possibility to interact with the Jade framework. Our goal at this point is to get some reactive Jade agents (GUI) to communicate and interact with some Prolog legacy agents. Does anybody know of any available libraries and/or work done in this direction? Any suggestions on how to proceed? Is it sockets a good approach?
