Subject: making communication "safe"

Hello folks,
a little question for the group:
SUpposed I have an agent that shuts itself down whgen it receives an
ACLMessage of performative REQUEST with
content 'shutdown'.
How can I prevent that if any un-authorized agent sends this message the
agent shuts down?
Of course I could verify the sender adress, but this is easy to manipulate,
e.g. by using the DummyAgent so send the message.
cheers,
felix
